Our Vision

We are eager to see Hong Kong young people become the fire seeds from Heaven, and change the world by igniting spiritual movements everywhere. Through building multiplying disciples, we promote global mission and are dedicated to initiating the power of youth missionaries and equipping interested young people to become the good soldiers of Heaven. By exploring and establishing diverse missionary platforms, we send workers to conduct ministries on the threshing floor in this generation.

We have launched our missional work since the 1980s. By leveraging on the advantage of global network, up till 2016, we had sent over 90 long-term (3 years or above) and short-term (1 year) missionaries, as well as some 80 short-term missionary teams to more than 20 countries around the globe.

  • In 1999, the Department of Mission was officially established to further enhance the support and care provided to our frontline missionaries, and to set up a more comprehensive missionary system and policy.

  • In May 2008, the HKCCC became an official member of the Hong Kong Association of Christian Missions.

  • In July 2009, in order to coordinate with the Cru, the Department of Missional was renamed “Global Sending Movement (GSM)” officially.

  • Until now, the missionaries we sent have reached Japan, Asian Creative Access Nations, Africa and Creative Access Muslim regions.

In the future, with the collaboration of other partners, we hope to mobilise and send more brothers and sisters to spread the gospel around the world, thereby fulfilling the Great Commission.
